The cart feature through our catalog is used as a wish list.
Once you send us the items you are interested in and the quantities needed, we will email you an invoice.
We recommend reserving your rentals as early as possible to ensure availability.
To reserve your rentals, we require a 50% non-refundable payment. The remaining balance is to be paid in full 7 days before your event to avoid late fees. If adjustments and additions are needed, we kindly request that they are made within the seven-day grace period.
An "accommodation" fee will be applied if adjustments or additions are needed to be made after the seventh day.
We understand that last-minute needs can arise. Please note that we do our best to accommodate additional requests but cannot always.
Our deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The delivery fee provided to you on your invoice is calculated based on your order and the location of your event.
If a delivery or pick up needs to be scheduled outside of our delivery window, an additional fee will be added to your invoice.
Deliveries will be dropped off and picked up at the same location.
We often have multiple deliveries and pick-ups in the same day. It is very important that all rental items are broken down and left at the same location they are delivered to.
We know that things happen beyond the usual wear and tear, and we want all customers to enjoy as near to a worry-free experience as possible. We charge a modest damage fee (8%) which covers normal wear and tear, including accidental spills that can be cleaned, and other incidental damage that we can repair. For items damaged beyond our in-house capabilities, or missing/not returned at all, a replacement fee will be charged. This is not coverage for damage due to neglect or misuse (example: rental items left out in the rain uncovered and unprotected, or candle votives, or linens covered in wax.
At AEC we believe in giving to others. However, we also believe in being a good steward. We have set aside a fixed budget to participate in sponsorships each year.
